I don't have a pad, but I laid a 1 foot ruler on the ground and counted the number of pieces of hail that the ruler edge actually crossed then divided by 12 to get an average of 1 inch apart. Rain was light and intermittent before the hail. The hail was much heavier than the rain and then it tapered off into a small amount of rain afterward. |
