Thunderstorms were in progress at 3:20 am this morning and continued to observation time. The lightning was impressive. Yesterday it was partly cloudy with cirrus early which were joined by cumulus in mid-morning. Partly cloudy with those two cloud types until evening when the cirrus were gone. Wind was calm early and late, light to gentle breeze in between. Warm then hot cooling down some in evening (high/low were 91.5/74.8°F). Miserably humid all day. Current temperature is 69.3°F with rain from thunderstorms falling. |
