It has dried out some over the past several days however there is still standing water in places where water does not normally stand.  Water is still going over the spillway at Lake Ponca and Kaw Lake is about 8.5 feet high and rising.  Our yard and vegetable garden is doing well without any supplemental water.  The fire danger is is very low.  Pastures are doing very well as are bean fields.  Wheat farmers are hoping for dry weather to harvest.
