As of today April 2nd I've only had 22% of my normal year-to-date precipitation. So far only .32". My water year-to-date is only 29% of normal 1.09". Multiple high wind events, dust storms, and brownouts since February. The grass coverage is sparse in the countryside due to the ongoing severe drought leaving some area bare.
